Term & Condition

1) Unloading needs to be arranged by client at site.
2) No Return/Exchange / Changes / Alteration allowed in any Material once order is placed. So kindly check the item and quantity properly before placing the order.
3) We are not responsible for Shortage / breakage of materials once it leaves our warehouse premises. In tiles 2 to 3% damages can be expected during transit and handling which will not be in company? scope. It can be used in cutting, skirting and wastage.
4) No complaints will be entertained once tiles are laid. All complaints to be brought to company’s notice before laying / installation. Once purchased materials are installed , we assume that it is inspected and approved by the customer.
5) For Tiles installation, please use spacers & follow standard installation practice.
6) All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
